THE EARLIER YOU CALL the better chance you have of getting the pickup time and vehicle you want. In addition to our fleet of cars, we also have minivans (as shown below) and a ten passenger shuttle ( 24 hour notice needed to reserve the 10 passenger shuttle please).
WHEN YOU CALL US - we will confirm we have your information correct, then be in your driveway or in front of your hotel entrance when you need us.
WE WILL ARRIVE ON TIME and be more than happy to handle any luggage or packages for you. Our taxis are professionally driven by friendly, helpful and safe drivers. During very poor weather conditions we do ask that you allow yourself extra time.

PROCEDURE
PLEASE KEEP US IN MIND WHEN YOU LAND AND NEED A CAB BACK HOME Our professional drivers are easy to converse with and more courteous. They also take the route you suggest, have GPS, and know St Charles County.
WHEN YOU ARE ABOUT TO RETURN, CALLus from your departure airport - or sooner, when you are scheduled to land in St Louis, with:
Your Name
Airline
Flight Number
Date Returning
ETA, AM or PM
We will then track your flight to determine if it is on time, arriving early, or has been delayed.
Then CALL us again to notify us your plane has landed ....
..... and finally locating us at the RESERVED TAXIS stand next to the airport cabs.
IN THE MAIN TERMINAL: Follow the signs at exit MT14 in the baggage claim area for TAXIS. Go out the exit to where the airport cabs are sitting. We will be to the immediate right, watching for you. You will see
St Charles County Cab in red letters on the doors. If you do not see us - please, give us a call.
IN THE EAST TERMINAL: Go out door ET 12, cross the street to the parking garage and our cab with St Charles County Cab on the doors will be to your right. If you made a prior reservation - our cab should be there waiting for you. On the unlikely chance it is not - we'll meet you there shortly.
NOTE: The Airport Garage Exit Fee applies to every taxi companie's cab that leaves the airport.
